    This version brings a lot of refactoring (no visible change to the app itself, but lot of code-reorganizing for easier development).

    The only new feature is the handling of command line arguments.

    You can use --now to just print the current hour’s name (e.g. for scripting).

    You can use --config FILE to use a config file different from the default.

    The first working release!

    It’s a bit of a CPU hog (eats 3.2% of CPU on my 8 core, 2.2GHz AMD Ryzen 7), so a lot of optimization is needed, but it’s working!
