Get rid of libgee
It is said to be a bad idea to use in libraries anyway, but definitely makes porting back to C
harder.

Move documentation generating to Valadoc
Generating Vala documentation with GTK-Doc is a bit of PITA. Using
Valadoc is much easier, so we are moving there.
