MSG <nick> <rest>
Sends the message <rest> to <nick>. Nick can be a channel name, too.

LOGTOFILE <file> <text>
If <file> doesn't exist, it'll be created, and <text> will be written to it.
Otherwise <text> will be appended to <file>
